SSR Mermaid Fin Floyd Card Analysis

A light teal graphic with Floyd on it and loads of text, coverigng the basics of the card

Basics
Floyd is a SSR Attack unit. His max HP is 9,836 and his max attack is 7,073.

Spells
His spell 1 is Flame Blast, his spell 2 is Water Shot 2 and later Aqua Wave 2, and his spell 3 is Fire Shot 2.

Exam Rankings
When it comes to exams, I'd give this card a A for flora exams, B for fire, and X for water.

Skills
For skills, he’s got curse and damage boost twice. On spell 1 at level 1, he has a modest curse on foes for 2 turns. At level 5, it’s major and he gets minor damage boost to caster for 1 turn. There’s nothing on his level 10.
On spell 3, he starts off with a minor damage boost to caster for 1 turn. At level 5, it’s modest, and at level 10 it’s major.

Furniture
So like Jade’s card, and all other chapter 7 cards, Floyd has furniture instead of a personal story. Each recipe unlocks with each vignette level you reach. Level 1 is a wooden face hole cut out of him no I do not care to learn what the technical term for that carnival things is, level 2 is a themed frame, and level 3, which the game very unhelpfully just calls a “vignette,” is a little seafloor section. Literally I would not know what the hell this was if not for the wiki.gg wiki because JP decided to be vague and I don’t have these cards so it’s not like I can look.

DUO Magic and Buddies
His DUO Magic Partner is Azul, who gives him a modest HP boost. His other Buddies are Vil and Ruggie who give him a minor power boost.

Build Guide
So let's switch gears and talk about building this card. In order to Groovy Floyd, you'll need to get him to power level 40 and vignette level 3. Groovying costs 5 Tailfin candy. As for uncapping, he'll need 0-12 SSR Awakening Perfumes. Each uncap costs 3 Perfume.
Each spell needs 351 notepads, 253 textbooks, 111 grimoires, and 318,000 Thaumarks. Spell 1 needs these in red items, spell 2 needs blue, and spell 3 needs red. In total, that's gonna cost 954,000 Thaumarks.
Like Jade, he’s gonna need one item more than another, and in this case, Floyd’s gonna need twice the amount of red items as blue.
But when it comes to building, I would personally build spell 1 first since it has curse and also, it’s gonna be easier to build than spell 3.

Alternatives + Dupes
When it comes to replacement units for this Floyd, I’d suggest New Year’s Ruggie, Basketball Jersey Jamil, Playful Attire Floyd, and Gala Couture Jack.

Final Thoughts
I love that this Floyd has curse, he can be mono fire, and that he’s pretty strong. Does he rank? No, but he’s still up there when it comes to strength and that should be taken into consideration.
But like his brother, I don’t have a lot to say about him other than he’s very solid.

Arcane Combat Drills with Crewel Event Guide

Intro So we are unfortunately back at it again at Krispy Kreme. If you’ve been here before you know I don’t like these events. If you’re new, now you know. Although I do think the battle map events from this point on are a little more manageable, I can’t say that it’s like. That much of an improvement. Or that it’s overall a better experience. I’ve already explained these events in detail before, so if you already know what’s up, you can skip the next section to see the details about the maps. If this is your first battle map event, well first off I’m so sorry, but second don’t worry, I’ll explain the mechanics so you know what’s going on.  Overview So this event has maps with tiles on them, and those tiles have a battle. If you’ve played through chapter 7, you’re already familiar with battle maps. If you haven’t, it’s basically just a glob of battles to get through with a final boss, Crewel, at the way end. In order to get to Crewel, you have to work your way across the batt...

SSR Apple Pom Jamil

Basics Jamil is a SSR Attack unit. His max HP is 8,754 and his max attack is 7,506. I'm sure no one's surprised to see that while his attack is far above average, because of that, his HP is below average. Like I said earlier, he’s one of the strongest cards in the game at this point. Spells His spell 1 is Flame Blast, his spell 2 is Leaf Shot 2 and later Forest Strike 2, and his spell 3 is Water Shot 2. Exam Rankings So, how does this card rank for exams? I'd give him a B for flora, D for fire, and C for water. Skills For skills, he’s got nullify freeze, power boost, power boost again, and damage cut. On spell 1 at level 1, he has a nullify freeze for allies for 1 turn. At level 5, he gains a minor power boost to caster for 1 turn, and at level 10, it maxes out at a modest power boost. On spell 3, he starts off with nothing. You gotta get him to level 5 for additional skills. And when you get him to level 5, he gains a minor power boost to caster for 1 turn, and at level ...

SSR New Years Rook Card Analysis

Basics Rook is a SSR Defense unit. His max HP is 16,400 and his max attack is 4,289. Rook has PHENOMENAL HP, being far about the SSR and all cards averages. He has the highest HP stat in the game, finally ending Clubwear Lilia’s reign. And like I’ve touched on before in this video, because one is super high, the other is pretty low. His attack is far below the SSR and all cards averages. It’s basically at the R card average for attack.   Spells His spell 1 is Aqua Wave, his spell 2 is Fire Shot 2 and later Flame Blast 2, and his spell 3 is Void Shot 2.   Exam Rankings When it comes to exams, I'd give this card a C for flora exams, B for fire, and D for water.   Skills For skills, he’s got resistance and power drain. On spell 1 at level 1, he has a minor resistance to caster for 1 turn. At level 5, it’s for 3 turns, and at level 10, it maxes out at modest resistance to caster for 3 turns. On spell 3, he starts off with a minor power drain on foe for 1 turn. At level...
