Twisted Tsumderland 3 Event Guide

Intro

Hi everypony, it’s finally time for our last tsum event! It’s a little sad to see our little plushie friends go, to be honest. I’m also freaking out because I don’t have enough to guarantee Tsum Malleus. But I’m happy we got all these cards now. I just love marketable plushies.

Overview

So if you’ve played either of the past tsum events, you know what’s going on. Really, the only difference is we only have 2 limited use cards this time around instead of the usual 3. Everyone else is a gacha card.
There are 3 new event items to look out for. Earn Magic Tickets from lessons and use them to raise cards’ spell levels and as currency in an event shop. Luckily, you don’t need these to unlock the story. But if you wanna make the freebie cards stronger, you need a hefty amount of these. You can buy Groovy Tickets from the event shop to Groovy those limited use cards. And finally, you can earn Tsum Medals from clearing certain points, and these can be used in their own event shop.
For people who haven’t played past tsum events and don’t know what I mean by “clearing points,” in this even there are maps with special points on them. Each point has 2 missions usually. Some just have one mission, and it’s usually just “read the story.” But normally, you’ll have to complete whatever missions the point lists in order to beat it and progress through the event. Most of these points have Tsum Medals as a reward, but it flucuates when it comes to what mission has this as a reward. Sometimes the first mission will give you Tsum Medals, sometimes it’s mission 2.
I have the story broken up into two sections in my notes, but I don’t know if I just did that for labeling a table or if the story drops in two chunks. Anyways, the event has 19 books total, and a total of 95 parts. So like I’ve alluded to, when this event happened on JP I kept track of points and tasks and items with a table. I had been planning on telling you everything you could get from this event. However, this event has an item that EN doesn’t have yet, so clearly things are gonna get changed up since that mechanic isn’t in EN yet.
For people who haven’t heard, on JP we can raise Buddy levels outside of alchemy classes, like you would with spell levels, or level in general. The item to do this is what I call besTEA. It’s like a pun on tea and friends, but I call it besTEA, like t-e-a. Obviously, this is not in EN. If I had to guess, it’ll probably get added for our next anniversary, but I don’t think they’ll give us the item before the function’s added to the game.
So in lieu of telling you everything, I’ll just say if there’s a consumable in-game, it’s almost for suresies an item you can get as a reward in this event. The most important rewards in my opinion though are the Heart Gems and Cobra Gems. You’ll need these to make the 2 limited use cards, Tsumsitter Ace and Jamil, permanent. That being said, let’s move onto talking about the cards in this event.

Cards Intro

Like I said, we only have 2 limited use cards and that leaves the rest as gacha cards. Our banners, in order of release, are SSR Malleus and SR Trey, SSR Idia and SR Ruggie, and SSR Vil and SR Silver. Yeah, I have no idea why they decided to have all the previous banners in main story order and then for this they just didn’t do that. Definitely threw a wrench in my plans that they put Malleus first. And remember that each banner will give us a free 10-pull.
If you'd like to see more about the cards, the links can be found on my card directory page

Furniture

So we have a lot of new furniture items, so let’s talk. Each card has their own tsum. You need to own the card in order to make their tsum, so if you don’t pull someone, you can’t make their tsum. Which on one hand I get it, but lowkey that kind of sucks. Also because I don’t have Vil and Idia, I don’t know exactly what they need. Tsums in the same dorm usually need the exact same items, so I used Rook and Ortho’s tsums to fill in the gaps. I’m assuming they all need the same stuff, but who knows, I could be wrong, so this may be a little off.
But let’s say you wanna make every single tsum. A tsum for Ace, Jamil, Malleus, Trey, Idia, Ruggie, Vil and Silver. It’s gonna take (again, hoping Rook and Ortho haven’t failed me) 10 sticks, 30 wood, 128 cloth, 160 Unique Paint, 20 crystals, 10 stones maybe, and 10 metal maybe.
For rose red crystals and chartreuse crystals, you will need the following: 4 small crystals, 12 medium, and 24 large. For marigold, ultramarine, crimson, and violet crystals, you need the following: 2 small crystals, 6 medium, and 12 large.

Outro

And that’s everything you need to know about the final tsum event! It’s so weird that EN is getting this right now, but I’m more concerned with my pulls, to be honest. The event is fun, so that’s a thing, at least. But not gonna lie, I’m gonna miss the tsums. They’re so adorable and silly. And again, I just love marketable plushies.

Arcane Combat Drills with Trein Guide

Overview Okay so. For some reason we’re getting another Arcane Combat Drills event. I can’t say that I like this at all, but unfortunately, it is what it is. If this isn’t your first rodeo, feel free to skip the rest of this paragraph and go straight into the map details. So this event has maps with tiles on them, and those tiles have a battle. If you’ve played through chapter 7, you’re already familiar with battle maps. If you haven’t, it’s basically just a glob of battles to get through with a final boss, Trein, at the way end. In order to get to Trein, you have to work your way across the battle map, beating every battle on every tile you pick. These battles all require a victory, so they all have infinite turns. If your team loses a battle, you have to pick a new one and go back into the battle. The enemies’ HP doesn’t reset though, so that’s nice. If you get an enemy down to 10,000 from 40,000 but lose, in the next attempt the enemy will have 10,000 HP still. On...

Arcane Combat Drills with Crewel Event Guide

Intro So we are unfortunately back at it again at Krispy Kreme. If you’ve been here before you know I don’t like these events. If you’re new, now you know. Although I do think the battle map events from this point on are a little more manageable, I can’t say that it’s like. That much of an improvement. Or that it’s overall a better experience. I’ve already explained these events in detail before, so if you already know what’s up, you can skip the next section to see the details about the maps. If this is your first battle map event, well first off I’m so sorry, but second don’t worry, I’ll explain the mechanics so you know what’s going on.  Overview So this event has maps with tiles on them, and those tiles have a battle. SSR Apple Pom Jamil

Basics Jamil is a SSR Attack unit. His max HP is 8,754 and his max attack is 7,506. I'm sure no one's surprised to see that while his attack is far above average, because of that, his HP is below average. Like I said earlier, he’s one of the strongest cards in the game at this point. Spells His spell 1 is Flame Blast, his spell 2 is Leaf Shot 2 and later Forest Strike 2, and his spell 3 is Water Shot 2. Exam Rankings So, how does this card rank for exams? I'd give him a B for flora, D for fire, and C for water. Skills For skills, he’s got nullify freeze, power boost, power boost again, and damage cut. On spell 1 at level 1, he has a nullify freeze for allies for 1 turn. At level 5, he gains a minor power boost to caster for 1 turn, and at level 10, it maxes out at a modest power boost. On spell 3, he starts off with nothing. You gotta get him to level 5 for additional skills. And when you get him to level 5, he gains a minor power boost to caster for 1 turn, and at level ...
